These website Terms do not constitute a binding contract for services. If you choose to hire JHB Designs, a specific project agreement or proposal will be drafted. That written project agreement will govern the scope of work, revisions, client responsibilities, payment schedules, refund policies, and intellectual property transfers. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and your specific project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Website Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and case studies, is the property of JHB Designs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to display the final products (websites, logos, chatbots) we create for our clients in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been explicitly signed.
